How does the Final Floors 10% referral program work?

The program creates up to 10% total referral value on an eligible completed project: a 5% discount for the referred customer and a 5% reward for the qualified referrer, subject to program terms and applicable law.

What does the person I refer receive?

The referred customer receives a 5% discount on an eligible flooring project under the referral-program terms. The qualified referrer receives the other 5% as a referral reward.

Who can make a referral?

The program is open broadly to homeowners, past customers, friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, colleagues and eligible Metro Atlanta industry professionals. Regulated or otherwise restricted referral arrangements are excluded where required by law.

When is the 5% referrer reward earned?

The referrer reward is earned after an eligible referred project is completed and paid in full, subject to verification and program terms. The referrer can then redeem, gift, or donate the eligible reward.

Can referral rewards be combined with other offers?

Offer combinations, exclusions, maximum discounts and reward eligibility are determined by the written terms in effect when the project is booked. Ask Final Floors to confirm eligibility before relying on a combined offer.

Can industry professionals participate?

Eligible Metro Atlanta industry professionals may participate, including contractors, painters, designers, property professionals and restoration-related trades. Compensation is not available where a referral payment would be prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including regulated settlement-service situations.

Full offer terms

Referral must be registered between September 3 and September 30, 2026, before the referred customer’s first estimate, appointment or contract. Referred customer must be new to Final Floors and cannot be an existing lead, previous customer or currently scheduled or contracted customer. On an eligible flooring project, the referred customer receives a 5% discount and the qualified referrer earns a separate 5% reward. Percentages are calculated from the eligible contracted flooring subtotal before taxes, financing charges, permits, third-party services and excluded work. The referral reward is earned only after the referred project is completed and paid in full. It may be redeemed toward an eligible future Final Floors project, gifted to another eligible customer or directed to an approved nonprofit or community cause. Reward has no cash value. One referrer per new customer and one referral benefit per project. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals and retroactive claims are not eligible. Cannot be combined with other discounts unless approved in writing by Final Floors. Eligibility and reward calculations are subject to verification. Void where prohibited.
